Meet the Founder & CEO

Hi there! I’m Tara (pronounced Tah-rah), an experienced public health professional with over 26 years of experience with grant writing and grants management, with a passion and focus on the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding. When I am not working, you will find me baking, planning or enjoying travel excursions, spending time outdoors in the desert, cherishing time with beloved friends, or playing with my furbaby!
